On Wednesday 17 September 2008, at the Quarterly Communications of Grand Lodge, the Grand Master, Most Wor. Bro. Garry Sebo, presented representatives of our Lodge with a Certificate of Accreditation on behalf of Grand Lodge.
Lodge of Rapport is only the 11th Lodge to be Accredited by Grand Lodge and our Members are extremely pleased to have been awarded this recognition. 

50 Year Jewel Presentation – Bruce Kells – 9 April 2010
On Friday 9th April 2010 WBro Bruce Kells was presented with his 50 Year Jewel by WBro. Bob Pierce. A special visitor on the night was Bruce’s nephew VWBro. Tim Larritt who flew down from Queensland for the presentation.

John O'Reilly - 17 August 2009
Each year the Freemasons Public Charitable Foundation sponsors the Reg and Laura Gregory Memorial Lecture at the Shrine of Remembrance. Funds are provided to bring over 100 Secondary School Students to Melbourne by bus to attend the Kokoda Memorial Lecture. This year it was given by the Hon. Charlie Lynn, MLC, Founder of the Kokoda Track Foundation.

Nonagenerians - 7 June 2009
At the meeting of our Lodge held on Friday 6th June the Worshipful Master extended the congratulations of the Brethren to two members who have celebrated their ninetieth birthdays, namely RWBro Albert BLASHKI, OAM, JP, PSGW and Bro. Trevor BISHOP, MM.
RWBro. Albert was absent from the meeting haven driven (at 90 years of age) to the Tullamarine Airport to pick up his daughter who was visiting for birthday celebrations.
Bro. Trevor attended Lodge at this meeting and was extremely pleased to be congratulated in open Lodge on reaching his 90th Birthday.
Congratulations to both these Brothers on this milestone in their lives.

Service Jewel Presentation - Pat Stewart - 5 December 2008
At the "Ladies in the South" meeting on 5. December 2008, Pat Stewart (wife of MWBro. Carl Stewart, PGM) was presented with the Lodge of Rapport Service Jewel for her support to the Lodge.
Pat arranges the flowers for every South of the Lodge and is a strong supporter of the Lodge Ladies, the Lodge Social events and the Lodge in general. Her service to the Lodge was recognised with the presentation of the Lodge Service Jewel with acclamation from the Members. Well done Pat!

On Friday 7 November 2008 Most Worshipful Brother Carl Stewart, Past Grand Master was presented with his 50 Year Jewel.

Masonic Education Scholarships
At the recent presentation night, grand-children of two of our very respected Lodge of Rapport members were awarded Masonic Education Scholarships.
V. Wor. Bro.Ian MacDowall, PGIWkgs was thrilled to see his grand-daughter, Rebecca Craig, presented with a cheque for $4,000 representing a Masonic Education Scholarship and Rt. Wor. Bro. John O'Reilly, PJGW was there to see his grandson, Terence Kelly, receive a cheque for the same amount.
Both cheques were presented by the Grand Master, Most Wor. Bro. Garry Sebo, GM, at the recent awards night at the Dallas Brooks Hall, and are to be used toward their first years tertiary studies.
President of the Board of Benevolence, Rt. Wor. Bro. Trevor Burkitt, PJGW, PBB advises that nearly $200,000 was distributed at that worthy event.
Congratulations to Rebecca and Terence for their worthy awards and best wishes for their future studies.
